AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By accessing or using Line Ripper (the "Service"), operated by Onyxpie Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use Line Ripper. By using our Service, you represent that you are 18 or older.

SERVICE DESCRIPTION

Line Ripper is an AI-powered tool that transforms artwork into print-ready stencils for tattoo artists. The Service is currently available as a web application, with mobile applications planned for future release.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To use Line Ripper, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update this information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

SUBSCRIPTION & BILLING

Line Ripper offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: We generally do not provide refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us and we will review your request.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

YOUR CONTENT & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Ownership

You own everything you create. The images you upload and the stencils we generate for you belong to you. Use them however you want, including commercially.

How We Use Your Content

When you use Line Ripper, you grant us a license to process your images to create your stencils and to use your uploads and generated stencils to improve our service over time. This may include enhancing our AI models so everyone gets better results.

What We Won't Do

We will never sell your images or stencils to anyone else. Your work stays your work. We use your content solely to provide and improve Line Ripper.

Your Responsibility

You represent that you have the rights to any images you upload. Do not upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to use Line Ripper to:

• Upload or process illegal content or content that violates others' rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI models or algorithms
• Use automated systems to access the Service without our permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the Service for any fraudulent or harmful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We strive to keep Line Ripper available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes when possible.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Line Ripper is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, be error-free, or produce specific results.

AI-generated stencils are tools to assist your creative process. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and ensuring they meet your professional standards before use.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onyxpie Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Onyxpie Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these terms.

TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate your access to Line Ripper at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Sections of these terms that should survive termination (such as intellectual property, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the courts of Canada.

CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Line Ripper after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
